Specialty: Aji dashi hotpot (yellowtail, Itoshima tofu, 3 types of vegetables) with homemade kabosu ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper.

Enjoy the small piece of yellowtail in the center of the plate as sashimi, and the larger pieces around it as shabu-shabu.We recommend wasabi and soy sauce for sashimi, and yuzu pepper and kabosu ponzu for shabu-shabu.We can also refill the yellowtail for shabu-shabu, so please let us know.
